16 And Jacob was the father of Joseph the husband of Mary, by whom Jesus was born, (A)who is called [a]Christ.
17 Therefore all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David to the (B)deportation to Babylon, fourteen generations; and from the (C)deportation to Babylon to [b]the Christ, fourteen generations.
